DIRECTOR OF NURSING, BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NP
Our Director of Nursing has an extensive experience in home health and behavioral care. She oversees clinical operations, develops individualized plans of care, and provides on-call support to ensure quality and continuity of services. Her background also includes LPN and CHHA training, strengthening clinical oversight across all levels of care. She speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, and conversational Spanish, supporting effective communication with clients, families, and care teams.
All Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) employed by our agency are fully licensed by the State and meet all applicable State and Federal training and certification requirements. In addition to ongoing education and skills validation, each caregiver is carefully matched to clients based on individual needs, preferences, and the scope of services required. This personalized matching process helps ensure the highest level of safety, compatibility, and quality of care for every client we serve.
